after you complete and submit an order form, you will receive an invoice from paypal to the email address you provide within a few minutes.

on receipt of payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us (hello@fritzandlouise.com).

please note that payment must be received no later than 48 hours before your planned pick-up or delivery. otherwise, your order is not confirmed and will not be fulfilled. we appreciate your understanding!

not yet! it’s a dream to open a physical location, though, and we’re working towards it one day at a time. if you’d like to save on delivery costs and come pick-up your order, you’d meet us at our building’s leasing center (pictured above).

no, but we can ship to any address in georgia! in accordance with the georgia cottage foods laws, the dept. of agriculture doesn’t permit us to ship our treats across state lines.
